A boutique Pilates studio, featuring state of the art apparatus, where you'll strengthen and lengthen your body.
As a boutique studio we limit our class sizes, allowing for plenty of real hands on instruction. You’ll be no more than one of five in our reformer machine, or mat/apparatus classes. Smaller class sizes allow us to cater to all needs, ages and abilities throughout each class.
We also offer the "open studio" option - a cost effective way to work in part 1on1, and in part under close supervision with your instructor using the full range of apparatus including the wundachair, tower (cadillac), barrel and reformer.
Rehab from Injury . Relieve lower back pain. Improve sports performance. Increase flexibility.
Rehab from injury with a low impact form of exercise. We commonly work with clients to strengthen and retrain muscles post injury. We commonly (and very successfully) work with clients post ankle, knee, hip and shoulder injury.
We'll also sneak a few flexibility exercises into each class, reducing the risk of new injury, increasing your range of movement, and often improving performance in your chosen sports.
We operate classes Monday to Saturday, from early morning to late evening. Bookings for all classes are essential.
As well as Pilates Reformer and Pilates Mat/Apparatus Classes, we also offer private and semi private training sessions - including our 30minPT sessions, to keep your training fresh and exciting.
Our studio is modern and private. Train with us, using our state of the art Pilates Reformers, inside GYM101 - Mount Maunganui.
